Book Review of Kingdom Women: Embracing Your Purpose, Power, and Possibilities

I’ve been on vacation the past few weeks and was given a copy of Kingdom Women: Embracing Your Purpose, Power, and Possibilities to read which ended up being wonderfully encouraging, motivating, as well as life changing for me. This book was just what I needed to get out of a spiritual rut I’ve been in for various reasons. I’m motivated to live more intentionally as I desire to impact and influence my realm.

Dr. Tony Evans and his daughter Chrystal Hurst Evans together have written a book that is hard to put down. Truly I look forward to rereading the book, as it is full of practical insights, encouragement, and wisdom.  I was inspired to step up my faith walk. I trust others will also be blessed and inspired to live the life of a Kingdom Woman.

What is a Kingdom Woman?  She is a woman who fears God. Her reverence determines all aspects of her life.  She lives for an audience of one having purpose.

This is a perfect book to share with the women in your life.

I can’t ever recall having so many highlights in an introduction of a book.  Kingdom Woman begins very strong with solid truth to ponder in regards to one’s God given identity and purpose. Throughout the book I was encouraged by the practical ways to live a life of purpose, power and possibilities.

Each chapter begins with Dr. Evans providing biblical insight and theological input followed by Chrystal’s Chronicles, which are honest, candid insights into her life including her struggles and successes in living a kingdom life.

Be sure to visit Chrystal’s and Dr. Evans personal blogs.
